Interview with Aram Novel Marutian: Why the Future of Development Lies in the Passive Standard

The Chairman of the Board of Atlantis Development speaks openly about the philosophy behind the Ctěnický háj and Via Sancta projects, inspiration from Austria and Switzerland, and why he aims to build homes that will stand the test of time — even twenty years from now.

The fourth edition of the popular Ctěnice Music Festival will take place from 17th to 19th July. Since 2021, it has become a respected cultural event that is regularly covered by the media and uniquely brings together several districts and municipalities that participate in its organisation. Last year, nearly seven hundred visitors attended the festival, and all concerts were completely sold out.
