Via Sancta – awarded for sustainability in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition
The Via Sancta residential project won a prestigious award for sustainability in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition,
awarded by Adresa magazine. This award confirms the project's exceptional approach to environmental responsibility and modern
technologies that combine comfortable living with respect for nature.
The project was the only one in the Czech Republic to be recognized for its emphasis on environmental principles, innovative
solutions, and energy efficiency. All aspects of the project—from architecture to technical equipment—were designed with
the aim of offering residents maximum comfort while minimizing their ecological footprint.
"We realize that sustainable architecture and technology are the key to a better future, which is why we have incorporated
innovative solutions into the project that reduce environmental impact while increasing comfort. We believe that Via Sancta
will set a new standard for responsible and modern living in Czechia," said Aram Novel Marutian, Chairman of the Board of
Atlantis Development.
Via Sancta thus becomes a symbol of quality, innovation, and environmental awareness. The key elements of the sustainable
concept that caught the jury's attention are primarily the recuperation system, retention tanks, heat pumps, and preparation
for the installation of solar panels.
The project thus represents a new standard in urban living, combining comfort, modern technology, and respect for nature—values
that will shape the future of residential construction.
