In the prestigious publication The Development Book, we share the story, vision, and values that shape Atlantis Development and our projects. From the personal journey of our Chairman, Aram Novel Marutian, to our approach to architecture, technology, and creating places with lasting value. For us, development is not just about buildings, but above all about creating environments where people can live well. This approach connects Aram Novel Marutian’s vision with the philosophy of Atlantis Development – a commitment to architectural quality, sustainability, and the long-term value of our projects.

Via Sancta in Vinoř is breaking ground. After years of preparation, the project is entering the construction phase and will provide new housing with an emphasis on quality and the environment.

Interview with Aram Novel Marutian: Why the Future of Development Lies in the Passive Standard

The Chairman of the Board of Atlantis Development speaks openly about the philosophy behind the Ctěnický háj and Via Sancta projects, inspiration from Austria and Switzerland, and why he aims to build homes that will stand the test of time — even twenty years from now.

Atlantis Development is proud to support culture and the local community again this year by becoming the general partner of the 5th annual Ctěnice Music Festival.

Premium, technologically advanced, sustainable, and at the same time humane – this is the new Via Sancta residential project in Vinoř. It brings a well-thought-out concept of living that combines high standards, innovative technologies, community life, and respect for nature.

"We are committed to creating residential projects with premium quality housing," says Aram Novel Marutian, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atlantis Development, active in the Czech Republic, Austria and Switzerland

The fourth edition of the popular Ctěnice Music Festival will take place from 17th to 19th July. Since 2021, it has become a respected cultural event that is regularly covered by the media and uniquely brings together several districts and municipalities that participate in its organisation. Last year, nearly seven hundred visitors attended the festival, and all concerts were completely sold out.

We are honoured that our project Ctěnický háj won the prestigious Architects' Award in the Prague 9 region.
