Energy and climate change: We focus on designing and delivering facilities with low energy consumption and an emphasis on using renewable energy sources. Our goal is to increase the energy self-sufficiency of buildings and reduce their dependence on external energy suppliers.
Water management: We strive to reduce consumption of drinking water and use rainwater efficiently. This includes rainwater capture and use as well as minimising water outflow from the project.
Increasing environmental value: We create green areas that enhance the symbiosis between human dwellings and nature and support biological diversity. We maximise the use of arable land in situ to protect the environment.
Healthy and comfortable environment: We pursue thermal stability and interior air quality in buildings to eliminate the health risks associated with air contamination and the use of harmful materials.
Transition to circular economy: We minimise the generation of construction waste and ensure that at least 70% of such waste is ready for reuse, recycling, or another form of material recovery.
