In the second phase of the Via Sancta project, we are also focusing on sustainability and low energy requirements of our buildings. All eco-friendly construction practices and principles remain a priority, but even more emphasis will be placed on building common spaces for community gatherings. Stage 2 will primarily comprise townhouses, i.e. terraced houses, as well as object B, which will refer to elements of the ancient Vinoř rondel found here.
